How far away are the main attractions?
Our Florida Orlando vacation villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and is on one of the most
direct routes to the theme parks avoiding the busy congested 192 highway. Our
villa vacations is only 15 minutes to Sea World and Universal is 20 minutes. This is one of the major
reasons this Orlando villa is in such a sought after area. After a long day at the Parks you can
get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes! The map shows why the
area of Terra Verde is so popular.

Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the
vacation villa ?
Yes, this Orlando vacation villa with 7 bedrooms,
pool, spa and games room has a full kitchen including cooking and eating utensils,
refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and dishwasher.
Is the villa cleaned daily?
No the property is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can
request mid stay cleans at an additional charge.
How do we locate/enter the villa?
You will be given directions to the office of our management company which is
within a 10 minute drive of the villa. There you will check in and be given keys
and directions to the home.
Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?
The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen,
towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing
powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to
top-up as required. For hygene reasons we do not supply face cloths.
Does the Orlando Florida vacation home have laundry facilities?
Yes, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board
in the villa.
Is the pool heated?
The pool and spa can be heated for an additional cost (see terms and conditions). We
would recommend pool heat from October to May.
Are there stores near by?
The villa is minutes from a 24 hour supermarket. Walmart is less than 5 minutes
away by car, you can even walk there if you wish.The Premium Outlet Mall is only
10 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including: Nike,
Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc etc.). In addition there is a wide
variety of stores on Highway 192.
Are there any Restaurants nearby?
There is a wealth of restaurants within 5 -10 minutes drive including: Outback
Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGI’s and Denny's
along with Chinese, Italian etc, many of whom will deliver. On highway 192 there
are many others including themed restaurants.
Are there any medical services nearby?
Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in
medical centre and drug stores nearby.
What services are provided?
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and
garden are tended to weekly.
Who do we contact for questions/emergencies?
We have employed a professional (24 hour/7 days a week) management company to
look after your every need. Management companies do vary dramatically in what
they offer .. we believe ours is one of the best in the business - nothing is
too much trouble!
How do we book?
Printing and mailing the booking form is the most convenient way but you can
also email/phone or write if you prefer. You can even book online using our
secure online booking partners, or if you prefer by paypal. We also
except cheques in UK £ and US $.
What is the maximum number of people allowed in
the villa?
The house sleeps 16, 14 in 7 bedrooms and 2 on a sofa sleeper.
Are smoking or pets allowed?
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within
the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors. Although we are pet lovers we
have chosen not to allow pets in this home.
